What is “Your Account”?

When you register or make a purchase, a profile is created for you. This profile includes several useful features, which are outlined below:

Personal Details: You can update your personal information here, such as your address if you move.

Password Settings: We recommend changing your password regularly. To do so, follow the instructions on the “Profile” page once you are logged into your account.

Address Book: You can add multiple addresses to your address book, making it easier to send gifts directly to friends or family.

Order History: This section provides details of your past and pending orders. You can track your orders from the moment you place them until they are dispatched.

Newsletter Subscriptions: This allows you to subscribe or unsubscribe from product updates, special offers, events, and promotions.

Do I need to create a profile?

You can still browse our site and make purchases as a guest without creating a profile. However, creating a profile allows you to review past orders and receive email updates about special offers if you choose to opt-in.

To create a profile, click the “My Account” button at the top of the site. Once your profile is set up, you can easily track your orders and receive exclusive offers via email, depending on your preferences.

How do I update my personal information?

Click on “My Account” at the top of any page.
Select “Profile” or “Address Book” to update your personal details as needed.
What should I do if I forget my password?

If you're not logged in and forget your password, click on “My Account” at the top of any page.
Click the “FORGOT PASSWORD” link under the “Log In” button.
Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a new password.
Click the link in the password reset email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
How do I edit my Address Book?

Sign in to your account.
Once logged in, locate "Hi NAME" in the top right menu, click the drop-down arrow to expand, and select “Address Book.”
Here, you can add a new address or edit/remove an existing one. Use the pencil icon to edit, or the X icon to delete an address.
How do I manage my email preferences?

Sign in to your account.
After logging in, locate "Hi NAME" in the top right menu, click the drop-down arrow, and select "Account Home."
Go to "Email Preferences" and select the teams or leagues you want to receive updates about to ensure you get relevant emails.
How do I remove my profile?

If you’d like to remove your profile and personal information, send an email request to support@jerseyteamsfans.com using the email address associated with your account.

How do I add or remove credit cards on my account?

We allow you to save up to 5 credit cards for easier future purchases.

To add a credit card:

Sign in to your account.
Add the new card during checkout.
Ensure the billing information matches that of the cardholder.
Check the “Save this card for future use” box during the final checkout step.
To manage or remove a credit card:

Sign in to your account.
Once logged in, locate "Hi NAME" in the top right menu, click the drop-down arrow, and select “Payment Methods.”
On the Payment Methods page, select the card you want to remove and click the "X" to delete it.
